“Doyak Tech is a very reliable consulting company. They met all my needs. Very professional. Would highly recommend — if I could give 6 stars I would.”
We Built MiVia, an AI Trip Planner
In beta testing on iPhone (TestFlight) and Android
For a travel startup, we designed and built a mobile app that plans trips with AI. Travellers add their tickets and hotels, book tours and see the whole trip in one place.
Built by Martin Vera Chang. 5+ years as a site reliability engineer and a mobile, app and web developer. Has built AI agents and worked in the public sector.
Built with React Native and Expo, Supabase, Mapbox, Viator tours and Sentry monitoring.
Now building: a website for Services Comptables SV Inc., in Gatineau.

What it does
- Plans the trip with AI
- Pulls in tickets and hotel bookings
- Books tours inside the app
- Maps, routes and directions
- Budgets in any currency
- Shared trips that work offline

Results, Not Hours
Agencies sell hours. Software sells licences. We sell the result your business needs, then build it, run it and keep it working.
the usual way
- Pay for every hour
- Wait months for a big launch
- Fix it yourself afterwards

The People Who Build It Also Run It
Doyak is small on purpose. The two people who read your first message are the two who design it, build it and keep it running.

Questions People Ask First
How Result as a Service works, what it costs and who owns what. If yours isn’t here, ask it; it’s usually not too basic.
You pay once to have it built, then one price a month to keep it running. That covers hosting in your region, updates, fixes and a monthly result report, so there’s no surprise bill. A website starts at $1,500 setup and $149 a month; a booking system or client portal at $6,500 and $449. Every package is on our pricing page, in CAD before taxes.
We measure the result we agreed and report it to you every month. If something we built isn’t doing its job, fixing it is included. If getting further needs something new, we propose it first, with its price. Nothing is added without your yes.
Your data and content are yours from day one. The code we write for you becomes yours after the 12-month minimum, or sooner if you pay out the remaining months. Our reusable building blocks stay ours, with a permanent licence for you to use them. While you’re subscribed, we host and run it for you; that’s how we keep it working.
Result as a Service (RaaS) means you pay for an agreed result, like customers booking themselves online, not for hours or software. We agree that result with you in writing, then build, host, run and keep improving what delivers it, for a one-off setup and one monthly price.
Yes. Consulting is its own service: a plan for what to build, a second opinion on a quote you’ve been given, or an honest look at what you already have. If you then want us to deliver the result, the plan carries straight over.
Yes. We’re based in Gatineau, Québec, and work with businesses in Canada and around the world. Your software and data are hosted in your country or region: Canada for Canadian clients, the EU for European clients, and so on. We meet by video, and outside Canada we quote in your currency.
Yes, in the Gatineau–Ottawa area, where we’re based. Everywhere else, we meet by video.
No. The people we build for run a business, not a development team. You describe what’s going wrong or what you want to exist; naming the technology is our job.
That’s a normal starting point. A sentence is enough to begin. We’ll ask questions until the result is clear, and we’ll tell you honestly if we don’t think it’s worth building yet.
Often, yes. We look at what exists first. Sometimes the right answer is to fix and extend it rather than start again, and we’ll say so even though rebuilding would be the bigger job.
What Result Would Change Your Week?
Tell us the result you want, in your own words. One sentence is plenty. The first talk is free.
